What's Going On? October 2021

We are blessed to send the light of God’s word into the homes of people tuning-in to “La Voz Alegre” radio program.  Many have written us, thanking us for the variety of life changing messages broadcast every day.  When we think of who our radio program reaches, we tend to think first of Cuba, Venezuela, Colombia, and the Caribbean.  But, we are blessed to have responses from places much farther away like Argentina, Uruguay, and Italy.

Ariel, a 53 year old gentleman who is an author and independent journalist, expresses his joy in receiving our radio programs.  In appreciation, he sent us a beautiful photo he proudly took of his city, Buenos Aires, Argentina.

From Manaus, Brazil, Eudson writes, "For the first time I was able to tune-in to your station. I want you to know that I really like listening to your encouraging programs and the variety of beautiful Christian music."

From Guatemala, Osman writes, "Your signal came in loud and clear today.  To be honest, this is the first time I have tuned-in. The program Con La Biblia Abierta (With the Open Bible) was excellent as was the whole hour of La Voz Alegre (The Happy Voice)." Osman says that he is also enjoying our series on Biblical Archaeology.

The Lord has commissioned us to “make disciples of all nations". You and I have heard that phrase hundreds of times, and we know followers of Jesus are the light of the world.  It can be difficult, though, to knock on your neighbor’s door, let alone find a way to share the gospel with unreached people scattered to the four corners of the world. 

Never has the goal of reaching billions of souls with the gospel so attainable. Why? Media! By creating relevant media, as partners, we proclaim the Good News every day.

We praise God that together we “Send the Light”.
