You see, Joseph could have used his lawful right to punish his brothers for treating him in such despicable ways. But instead of retaliating against them and deepening the conflict even further, Joseph chose to forgive and show love where revenge was expected. By doing this, Joseph imitated God and was blessed beyond measure.
